    As your personal trainer,  I will push you harder than could ever push yourself, but I will also keep you from rushing ahead too quickly. I know just how much I can push you without risking any pain or injury.
    Accountability
    When you exercise on your own, it is easy to skip a session here and there. When you work with a me, I´ll keep you accountable and challenge your commitment if you try to skip a lesson. Also, as you’re paying me to do this, you will want to get the most for your money. Money spent is great motivation to work out!!!
    Personalised workout
    You may have health issues, injuries or goals such as weight loss or increased fitness – as your personal trainer I will work with you to plan how to reach your goals in a safe and efficient manner. As a qualified trainer I know how to customise a workout based on your individual strengths, weaknesses and goals. I will create a specific workout plan just for you based on what you want to achieve.
    Variety
    An experienced trainer teaches you a variety of exercise methods, which can keep you from getting bored. Also, if a specific exercise does not work for you, the trainer can change it to one that suits you better and provides the same physical benefits.

    Realistic goals… As we set your goals, I will help you to attain them. I´ll encourage you by pointing out improvements that you wouldn’t even think about. This is of great helpful when discouragement tries to set in if you cant see your improvements.

    Your lifestyle may not suit visits to the gym, or perhaps you simply dont like the gym environment. This is quite common. In fact its about an even 50/50 split whether my clients want home-training, or gym-training. As your personal trainer I can help you plan an effective routine that can be done in your home, or at the gym.

    Wanting to lose weight and get back into shape is the most common reason why people chose to work with me. I have an excellent record of results, with clients who have lost as much as 20 kg in just a few short months. Its not rocket science... its just knowing how to achieve the goals you want.

    Drawing from my background as a former Black Belt in Taekwondo and my expertise in Alternative Medicine, specifically Naturopathy and Homeopathy, I am a passionate fitness professional dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle. While fitness has been a consistent presence in my life, it's noteworthy that my journey began as a child and teenager who detested sports. Picture a child frequently unwell and exempted from physical activities with a plethora of doctors' notes. I was that child, invariably found seated on the sidelines during sports events.

    Today, as a fitness trainer based in Marbella, I bring a wealth of experience and a unique perspective on holistic well-being. My approach combines the discipline of martial arts with the principles of alternative medicine, resulting in a comprehensive and personalized fitness regimen.
